Ombre Dress / Rose Flower Crown


Hello all!
Sometimes, I feel, particularly flamboyant items can hover on the line between beautiful and hideous. When I first saw this dress in Autumn last year, I must admit I had a bit of a Regina George 'that is the ugliest effing skirt I've ever seen' moment. However, something about it stuck in my mind and I couldn't stop thinking about it, wondering what it would look like on - as if somewhere in my mind a voice went 'challenge accepted!' I know it's certainly not for everyone, but as you can see I succumbed to curiosity and it remains to this day, one of my favourite (and slightly madder) pieces.
So, when this incredible rose headpiece from Rock 'N Rose arrived at my door, what I should pair it with hit me immediately. There are quite a few more 'facial close up' photos than I would usually include, so I apologise if this post seems a little self-indulgent - but the headpiece photographed so wonderfully (in my humble opinion) I found it almost impossible to choose between the images! 
I hope you are all well, and that everyone in the UK is making the most out of this utterly fantastic weather!

I mean, it's very girly, vintage and classy at the same time, you know what I mean? + This headpiece makes you more like princess of the forest <3 In this good meaning, cus you look like from some other planet, like you had your own world.   5. I felt the same about the dress when I first saw it too but I think it is one of those items that just looks better on!
